Back pain that keeps returning
Massage releases; conditioning keeps. Deep-core and glute strength is the difference between relief that lasts a week and a back that stops flaring. This is the maintenance half of the equation most people skip.
One-to-one coaching that builds the strength and control to stop pain coming back. At your place, or on Zoom from anywhere.

Conditioning is the insurance policy against future pain. Rather than training isolated muscles, these sessions teach your body to work as one unit: deep core stability, postural alignment and the strength to hold what massage and stretching unlock.
I am a qualified Pilates coach with a background in gymnastics, circus and contortion coaching. Sessions are programmed for you — whether the goal is rehab, posture, returning to sport or performance.
How you stand, move and hold tension — and what that is costing you.
The deep stabilisers that protect your spine and underpin every movement.
A tailored sequence that builds capacity week by week, scaled to where you are.

Postural endurance, hip strength and a spine that extends — the capacities desk life erodes are exactly what mat Pilates rebuilds, at home or on Zoom with zero equipment.
Coached by a hypermobile practitioner: stability at end range, proprioception, strength inside the range you already own. The single most useful training a bendy body can do.
Posture and movement analysis
How you stand, sit and move — and which imbalances are quietly costing you.
Deep-core activation
The stabilisers that protect your spine, trained properly — not endless crunches.
Progressive programming
A plan that builds week on week, scaled to where you actually are.
Rehab-aware coaching
Sessions that respect injuries and work with your physio's plan, not against it.
No. Mat-based sessions need a mat and a little floor space. If you have bands or small weights I will use them; otherwise bodyweight is plenty.
A Zoom link with your booking. Set your camera so I can see your whole body side-on and we work exactly as we would in person.
Assessment-led treatment for pain, tension and injury.
Deep tissue work followed by guided PNF stretching.
